Here’s a few bits of info about myself. My name is John Cole. I have been working as an insurance claims adjuster for about 10 years. I rode the Crossfit train for about two years and then decided to work on my own fitness programming. I am passionate about my music, listening to genres from Heavy metal to Classical. I have a beautiful daughter who makes me very proud and a georgeous wife who puts up with me. My life is great and I consider myself very lucky.
